2003 News > Flynn & Friends renamed agency of record by Hilbert College
September 30, 2003
Hilbert College recently rehired Flynn & Friends as the school's advertising agency of record. Flynn & Friends previously served Hilbert in the same capacity from 1999 to 2002.
"We are pleased to have this new opportunity to help Hilbert continue to grow", says Mitch Flynn, agency president and creative director. "The college's choice to rehire us is a recognition of the effectiveness of our past work for them."
From 1999 through 2002, Flynn & Friends developed several campaigns for the school. Most notable was the "Head for Hilbert" campaign that contributed to significant increases in applications, enrollment, and awareness for the school.
Work done by Flynn & Friends for Hilbert during the agency's first tenure was recognized with Gold and Best of Show Awards in 1999 and 2000 from Admissions Marketing Report, the nation's leading publication for higher education marketing.
Going forward, the agency will create and place Hilbert's advertising for newspaper, magazine, radio, and outdoor media. The agency will also design and write the college's collateral materials.
Flynn & Friends is a full-service advertising agency with offices at 437 Franklin Street in Buffalo. It was established in 1986 and employs nine.
