Flynn & Friends recently developed a 16-page capabilities brochure for Clover Management, a Buffalo-based firm with properties in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Georgia.

Titled Square Footnotes: A Profile of Clover Management, the brochure is a 12-inch square in format and features the square footage of a sampling of Clover properties. The company currently owns or manages more than 10 million square feet of apartments, commercial spaces, senior housing units, and homeowners' associations.

The agency is also in the midst of redesigning Clover's website as well. The new site is expected to go live within the next few months.
